Your Wallet is how you pay for Glowply. It holds a prepaid balance, and your monthly Subscription renews automatically from it. Keep enough credit in your Wallet and your site stays online — nothing else to do. You’ll find the Wallet in your account portal under Wallet (المحفظة).

Your balance

At the top of the Wallet page you’ll see:
  • Current balance — the credit available right now
  • Needed for renewal — the amount your next renewal will charge
  • Next renewal date — when that charge happens, with a note if you’re short
If your balance is lower than the renewal amount when renewal is due, your subscription becomes past due and your site can be paused until you top up. Top up early to avoid any interruption.

Open the Wallet

In your account portal, go to Wallet.

Choose how many months to add

Pick a top-up bundle: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months of credit. The 6-month option is marked Best, and 12 months is the best value.
Top-ups come in these four bundles — custom amounts aren’t available.

Pay securely

A payment window opens. Pay with card or wallet through our payment partner, Kashier. Card payments are protected with 3-D Secure.

Your balance updates

After a successful payment, your balance updates automatically. If it shows pending for a moment, that’s normal — the balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Transaction history

Below the top-up options, Transaction history lists your most recent activity:
  • Wallet top-up — credit you added (＋)
  • Wallet charge — a renewal or other deduction (－)
Each row shows the amount and the date.
All amounts are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). A top-up that’s declined or cancelled leaves your balance unchanged — nothing is deducted until a payment succeeds.

How renewal uses your Wallet

When your subscription renews, Glowply deducts the renewal amount from your Wallet — there’s no separate card charge. During your free trial, nothing is taken; just make sure your Wallet is topped up before the trial ends so your first renewal goes through smoothly.
