Your Glowply Subscription renews itself — there’s no card to charge and no button to press. When a renewal is due, Glowply takes the renewal amount from your Wallet. As long as your balance covers it, your site keeps running without interruption. This page explains exactly when that charge happens, what past due means, and how to get back to active if a renewal can’t go through.
Renewals are paid from your Wallet balance only — never from a card at renewal time. You add credit to your Wallet ahead of time, and renewals draw from it. See Wallet & top-ups for how to add credit.

How a renewal works

Every billing period, Glowply charges your subscription from your Wallet automatically:
1

A renewal becomes due

At the end of your free trial, and again at the end of every period after that, your subscription reaches its renewal date.
2

Glowply checks your Wallet

Glowply looks at your wallet balance and compares it to the renewal amount.
3

Enough balance → your site stays active

If your balance covers the renewal, the amount is deducted, your status stays active, and your period moves forward to the next renewal date.
4

Not enough balance → past due

If your balance is too low, the renewal can’t complete. Your subscription becomes past due, and Glowply keeps trying to renew it periodically until your Wallet has enough credit.
Nothing is charged during your free trial. Just make sure your Wallet is topped up before the trial ends, so your first renewal goes through smoothly.

Where to see your renewal amount and date

You always know what’s coming before it happens. Two places in your account portal show the renewal amount and date:

Wallet

Shows your current balance, the amount needed for renewal, and the next renewal date — with a note if you’re short.

Subscription

Shows your status and a countdown of the days left in the current period, so you can see the renewal date approaching.
Your portal Dashboard also warns you in advance: a yellow alert appears when your balance is lower than the next renewal, and a red alert appears if your subscription is already past due.

What “past due” means

Past due means a renewal came due but your Wallet didn’t have enough credit to cover it. Here’s what to expect:
  • Your subscription status changes to past due in the Subscription tab.
  • Glowply retries the renewal periodically — you don’t have to trigger anything. As soon as your Wallet has enough credit, the next retry succeeds and your status returns to active.
  • While past due, your site may be paused until the balance is topped up. Topping up clears the past-due status on the next successful retry.
While your subscription is past due, your site can be temporarily paused — visitors may not be able to reach it. Top up your Wallet to clear the past-due status and bring your site back. To avoid this entirely, keep enough credit in your Wallet before each renewal date.

Recover from past due

Recovering is simple: add enough credit to your Wallet, and the next automatic retry will renew your subscription.
1

Check how much you need

In your account portal, open the Wallet. Look at needed for renewal and your current balance — the difference is roughly what’s missing.
2

Top up your Wallet

Choose a top-up bundle (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and pay through the secure payment window. For the full steps, see Wallet & top-ups.
3

Wait for the balance to confirm

Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed. A brief pending moment is normal.
4

Your subscription renews itself

Once your Wallet has enough credit, the next automatic retry completes the renewal. Your status returns to active and your site comes back. You don’t need to press anything.
If your site was paused, it returns once the renewal succeeds. If it doesn’t come back within a little while after a successful top-up, contact support and we’ll check it for you.

Avoid interruptions before they happen

The best way to never go past due is to stay ahead of your renewal date:
  • Top up early. Add credit before the renewal date rather than waiting for the warning. The Wallet always shows the next renewal date and the amount needed.
  • Buy a longer bundle. A 3, 6, or 12-month top-up covers several renewals at once, so you don’t have to think about it every month. The 6-month bundle is marked Best and 12 months is the best value.
  • Watch your Dashboard alerts. The yellow top-up warning is your cue to add credit before the renewal is due.
All amounts are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Prices aren’t shown here because they can change — see the live pricing on glowply.com, and check the needed for renewal figure in your Wallet for your exact amount.

Frequently asked questions

No. Renewals are paid from your Wallet balance only. A card is involved only when you choose to top up your Wallet — never automatically at renewal time.
There’s no single deadline you have to hit by hand — Glowply keeps retrying the renewal periodically. The sooner you top up, the sooner the next retry succeeds and your site comes back. While past due, your site may be paused, so it’s best to top up as soon as you can.
No. Renewal is automatic. Once your Wallet has enough credit, the next retry renews your subscription and returns your status to active on its own.
Cancelling or changing your plan isn’t done from the portal — contact support and we’ll help. If you simply don’t top up, an unpaid renewal will leave the subscription past due rather than renewing.
Give it a short while for the next automatic retry to run, then refresh the Subscription tab. If it still shows past due after your balance clearly covers the renewal, contact support with your site address and we’ll look into it.
