These details work out of the box — you don’t have to set anything up. Glowply generates a sensible title and summary for every page, and you only step in when you want to polish an important page. For the bigger picture, start with the SEO overview.
- Site-wide defaults — in your site dashboard under Marketing (التسويق) → SEO (تحسين محركات البحث).
- Per page — in the SEO settings shown while you edit any page or product.
Page title
The page title is the headline that shows in search results and at the top of the browser tab. It’s the single most important detail for getting clicks, because it tells searchers exactly what the page is about. Glowply builds a title for every page automatically, in this shape:- Home page: Site name – Site description
- Any other page: Page title – Site name
1
Open the page
In your site dashboard, edit the page or product whose title you want to change.
2
Find the SEO settings
Open the page’s SEO settings and look for the page title field.
3
Write a clear title
Enter a title that names the page and includes your business or product — for example Vanilla Soy Candles — Nour Store. Aim for roughly 50–60 characters so it isn’t cut off in results.
Search description
The search description is the short paragraph shown under the title in search results. A clear, inviting description gives people a reason to click your link instead of the next one. If you don’t write one, Glowply creates the description automatically from the page’s own content, so every page already has something sensible. Writing your own gives you full control over the first impression.1
Open the page's SEO settings
Edit the page or product and open its SEO settings.
2
Write the description
Add one or two natural sentences (around 150 characters) that sum up the page. Describe what visitors will find — don’t just list keywords.
3
Save and publish
Save your changes. New text can take a little while to appear in search results.
Hide a page from search
Most of the time you want your pages on Google. But some pages — a thank-you page, a private draft, an internal page — are better kept out of search results. You can hide any single page so search engines leave it out. Glowply already keeps the right pages out of search automatically, so you rarely need to touch this. Pages hidden for you include:- The “page not found” page
- On-site search results pages
- Private or empty pages that have no real content for visitors
1
Open the page
Edit the page or product you want to hide.
2
Open its SEO settings
Find the SEO settings for that page.
3
Turn on “Hide from search results”
Enable the option to hide the page from search results, then save. Search engines will leave this page out from now on.
