Glowply runs on a prepaid balance. You add credit to your account, and each renewal is taken from that balance automatically — there’s no card charged on a schedule. Keep enough credit and your site simply stays online.
Adding credit isn’t self-serve right now. The top-up screen that used to live in the account portal was retired with the portal, and its replacement in your site dashboard isn’t connected yet. To add credit today, contact support and the team will arrange it with you.

How paying works

1

Credit is added to your balance

You pay Glowply, and the amount is credited to your account as prepaid balance.
2

Renewals draw from that balance

When a renewal comes due, the amount is deducted automatically. Nothing is charged to a card at renewal time.
3

Your site stays online

As long as the balance covers each renewal, nothing interrupts your site. See Subscription & renewals.
All amounts are in Egyptian pounds (EGP / ج.م). Prices aren’t listed here because they can change — contact support for your current renewal amount.

What’s coming to your dashboard

Billing is moving into your own site dashboard, under Settings → Subscription & Billing. Once it’s connected, that one screen will let you:
  • See your current plan, status, and next renewal date
  • Choose a renewal period — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, with longer periods costing less per month
  • Renew early, with the extra time added to the end of your current period so you lose no days
  • Pay by bank card, mobile wallet (such as Vodafone Cash or Orange Cash), InstaPay, or from your existing balance
  • Read your invoice history and pick up receipts
Not connected yet. If you already see a Subscription & Billing page with a yellow “Preview — sample data” notice, everything on it is a placeholder example — the plan, the dates, the amounts, and the invoices are not your real billing, and the buttons don’t do anything. Please don’t rely on it, and contact support for anything you actually need.
Only the store owner sees that page. It’s marked Store owner only and won’t appear for other users you add to your site.

Is it secure?

Yes. When you pay Glowply, the payment itself runs on a secure hosted page provided by our payment partner, and card payments add a 3-D Secure confirmation from your bank — a quick verification step, such as a one-time code sent to your phone.
  • Your full card details are entered on the payment provider’s page, not stored by Glowply.
  • Your connection is always secured with HTTPS.
  • Your balance only changes once a payment is genuinely confirmed.
