Which area am I in? Form submissions lives in your site dashboard — the same place you run your Store and build your pages. Your billing, Subscription, and Wallet are separate, in your account portal. This page is about reading messages from your site, not paying for Glowply.
Where submissions come from
A form is something you add to a page with the Builder (البلدر) — Glowply’s visual page editor. You decide which fields it asks for (such as name, email, phone, and a message) and where it sits on the page. When a visitor sends the form on your live site, the entry lands in Form submissions. No forms yet? You add one by editing a page in the Builder and placing a form where you want it. See Editing with the Builder to build your first contact form.
Open your form submissions
1
Open your site dashboard
Sign in to Glowply, open your account portal, and click Glowply dashboard on your site card. Your dashboard opens in a new browser tab.
2
Go to Store
In the side menu, open Store (المتجر).
3
Open Form submissions
Choose Form submissions (إرسالات النماذج). Your entries appear in a list, with the most recent at the top.
What you’ll see
Each submission is one message someone sent through a form. The list gives you a quick overview, and opening an entry shows you everything that was captured.
Open a single submission to read the full message and every field the visitor filled in.
What data is captured
Exactly what’s saved depends on the fields you put in the form. A typical contact form captures:- Name — who sent the message
- Email — where to reply
- Phone — an alternative way to reach them
- Message — what they wrote
- Date and time — automatically recorded when they sent it
You control which fields a form asks for when you build it in the Builder. Add only what you need — shorter forms are easier for visitors to complete. If you want a new field captured, edit the form in the Builder. See Editing with the Builder.
Respond to a submission
Form submissions are a record of what people sent you — you reply from your own email or phone, using the contact details in the entry.1
Open the submission
Click the entry in the list to see the full message and the sender’s details.
2
Reply using their contact details
Use the email or phone the visitor provided to get back to them — from your own email app or phone, just as you would any message.
3
Mark it as handled
If your list shows a read or handled status, update it once you’ve replied, so you can tell at a glance what still needs attention.
Export your submissions
If you want to keep your entries outside Glowply — to follow up in a spreadsheet, or to build a mailing list — you can export them.1
Open Form submissions
Go to Store > Form submissions in your site dashboard.
2
Choose the entries to export
Export everything, or first narrow the list to the form or dates you want.
3
Download the file
Use the export option to download your submissions as a file you can open in a spreadsheet.
Keep your inbox tidy
As messages add up, a little housekeeping keeps the important ones easy to find.- Handle, then mark — reply to a message, then mark it read or handled so your unread list stays short.
- Delete spam — remove obvious junk entries so they don’t clutter your list.
- Export before clearing — if you delete old entries to tidy up, export them first if you might need them later.
Deleting a submission only removes that saved message — it doesn’t remove the form from your page. Your form keeps working and collecting new entries.

Edit the page where you want the form using the Builder, then place a form on it and choose its fields. Once it’s live, every message a visitor sends arrives in Form submissions. See Editing with the Builder.

Check that you’re looking at the right form if you have more than one, and that your list isn’t filtered to a narrow date range. If the form was only just added or changed, send a test message through it yourself to confirm entries are coming through.

Are form submissions the same as orders?
Are form submissions the same as orders?
No. Form submissions are messages from forms on your site, like a contact form. Orders are purchases customers make through your cart and checkout, and they live in their own section. See Store overview.
Do form submissions cost me anything?
Do form submissions cost me anything?
No. Collecting and reading form submissions is part of your site — there’s no per-message charge. Your Subscription is what keeps your whole site and Store running, paid from your Wallet. See Wallet & top-ups.
