What changed. The account portal at
/my-account/ has been retired. glowply.com is now just the front door — you sign in there and Glowply takes you straight to your site. Old /my-account/ links still work and forward you to your site dashboard. The one place you work in

Where your old portal tabs went
If you used the account portal before, here’s where each part lives now.Billing is moving to your site
Billing is being moved out of glowply.com and into your own site dashboard, under Settings → Subscription & Billing. When it’s live, that single screen will show your plan and renewal date, let you renew early, choose a renewal period, pay, and read your invoice history — all without leaving your site.Only the store owner sees this page — it’s marked Store owner only and doesn’t appear for other users you add to your site.
How to handle billing today
Until that screen is connected, billing is handled by our team. Your subscription still renews automatically in the background — see Subscription & renewals for how that works. For anything you need to do with billing right now, contact support:Add credit or renew
Adding credit and paying for a renewal are arranged through support at the moment.
