Your blog is the part of your site where you publish Articles (المقالات) — pieces like news, tips, guides, and announcements. A blog gives people a reason to visit, helps your site show up on search engines, and lets you tell the story behind your products. You’ll find your blog in your site dashboard under Articles (المقالات).
Articles vs. Pages — what’s the difference? Use Articles for dated posts that you publish regularly (your blog). Use Pages for the fixed parts of your site, like Home, About, and Contact. Articles are listed newest-first and organized with categories and tags; pages are stand-alone and live in your menu. See Pages.

Why a blog helps your business

A blog is one of the simplest ways to bring new customers to your store — for free.

Get found on search

Each post is a new page that search engines can find. Writing about what your customers search for helps your site appear in their results.

Build trust

Helpful articles show you know your field. A shopper who reads your guide is more likely to buy from you.

Give people a reason to return

Fresh posts keep your site active and give visitors a reason to come back — and to share your articles.

Promote your products

Link from a post to the products it mentions, turning readers into shoppers.
Pair your blog with the Marketing tools to get the most reach. Tune how each post appears on search engines with SEO, and see which articles bring the most visitors in Site analytics.

Write and publish a post

You write posts in your site dashboard — not in your account portal.
1

Open Articles

In your site dashboard, go to Articles (المقالات). You’ll see the list of articles you’ve already written.
2

Start a new post

Choose to add a new post. Give it a clear title — this is the headline readers see and the words search engines pay most attention to.
3

Write your content

Add your text, then format it with headings, lists, links, and images to make it easy to read. Break long articles into short sections with descriptive headings.
4

Add a main image

Set a featured image — the picture shown at the top of the post and in previews when the article is shared. Pick something clear and relevant.
Images you add come from your Media library. See Media library for uploading and reusing images.
5

Organize it

Assign one or more categories and tags so readers and search engines can find related articles. (More on these below.)
6

Preview, then publish

Preview your post to check how it looks, then publish it to make it live on your site. Visitors can read it right away.
Not ready to go live? Save the post as a draft and come back to finish it later. Drafts stay private until you publish them.

Edit or remove a post

1

Find the post

Open Posts and locate the article in your list.
2

Make your change

Open it to edit the text, images, categories, or tags, then save. Your changes appear on the live post.
3

Unpublish or delete

To take a post off your site, set it back to a draft (it stays saved but private) or delete it (it’s removed for good).
Editing a published post updates the version your visitors see. There’s no separate “approve” step — saving a published post makes the change live.

Organize with categories and tags

Categories and tags group your posts so readers can browse related articles and search engines understand your content. You set both while writing a post.
1

Open the post you're writing

Categories and tags are set on the post itself, in Posts.
2

Choose a category

Pick an existing category, or create a new one for a topic you’ll write about often. Think of categories as the table of contents for your blog.
3

Add tags

Type the keywords that describe this specific post. Reuse the same tags across related posts so they link together.
Keep it simple: a handful of clear categories works better than dozens. Decide on your main topics early, then use tags for the finer details.
Categories and tags for your blog are separate from the categories and tags in your Store, which organize your products. Setting one doesn’t change the other. For product organization, see Categories and tags.

Manage comments

Comments let readers reply to your posts and ask questions — a simple way to build a community around your blog. You manage them in your site dashboard.
1

Open your comments

In your site dashboard, find the comments area for your posts. New comments wait there for your review.
2

Approve the good ones

Approve a comment to make it appear publicly under the post. Approving keeps the conversation visible to other readers.
3

Reply

Respond to questions and feedback. A quick, friendly reply shows readers you’re listening.
4

Remove spam or unwanted comments

Mark junk as spam, or delete comments you don’t want. This keeps your posts clean and trustworthy.
Reviewing comments before they appear protects your site from spam and keeps the discussion respectful. Check in regularly so genuine readers don’t wait too long for a reply.
If you’d rather not have comments at all, you can turn them off so posts publish without a comment section. The exact setting lives with your post or comment options in the dashboard.
