Glowply runs in two areas. The account portal (where you are now) handles billing and your account. Your site dashboard is where you build pages and run your store — you open it from this tab. This page explains how to move between them.
Your site card
The Site management tab shows a card with the key facts about your website:- Domain — your site’s web address, always in the form
name.myglowply.com - Plan — the subscription plan your site is on
- Active since — the date your site was created and went live
- Status — whether your site is currently active
Open your site dashboard
Your site dashboard is where you build pages, manage your Store (المتجر), write posts, and open the Builder (البلدر). You reach it with one click — there’s no separate password to remember.1
Go to Site management
In your account portal, open the Site management tab.
2
Click Glowply dashboard
Select Glowply dashboard on your site card. Glowply signs you in securely and opens your site dashboard in a new browser tab.
3
Build and manage your site
You’re now in your site dashboard. From here you can edit pages, manage products and orders, upload media, and more.
Glowply dashboard uses secure single sign-on, so you’re logged in automatically — no extra username or password. It opens in a new tab, leaving your account portal open behind it.
Visit your live site
Visit site opens your website exactly as your visitors and customers see it — the public, live version at yourname.myglowply.com address.
1
Go to Site management
In your account portal, open the Site management tab.
2
Click Visit site
Select Visit site on your site card. Your live website opens in a new browser tab.
SSL and HTTPS
Your site is secured automatically with HTTPS. The padlock and thehttps:// in your address are handled for you — there’s nothing to set up, renew, or configure.
SSL (the security certificate behind HTTPS) is included and managed by Glowply for every site. You don’t need to buy, install, or renew a certificate — your site is encrypted from day one.
Custom domain
Every Glowply site comes with a free address in the formname.myglowply.com. If you’d like to use your own web address — such as yourbrand.com — you can request a custom domain (النطاق المخصص).
A custom domain isn’t something you set up yourself in the portal. Our team maps it to your site for you.
1
Have your domain ready
Make sure you own the domain you want to use (for example, you bought
yourbrand.com from a domain registrar).2
Contact support
Reach out through support and tell us the domain you’d like to connect to your site.
3
We map it for you
Our team connects your custom domain to your Glowply site. We’ll let you know once it’s live.
Custom domains are set up by request — they’re not self-serve. You keep your original
name.myglowply.com address, and your custom domain can be mapped to the same site on request. Both can point to the same website.Frequently asked questions
