Glowply gives you one place to work: your site dashboard. You sign in at glowply.com, and Glowply takes you straight into it. Pages, products, orders, settings — it’s all there. This page is a map. It shows how you get in and the order things happen in, from sign-up to a live site.
What changed. Glowply used to have a separate account portal at /my-account/ for billing, and you opened your site from it. That portal has been retired. glowply.com is now just the front door, and your site dashboard is where you work. Old /my-account/ links forward you there automatically.

Signing in

Go to glowply.com

Choose Login to your account (تسجيل الدخول) and enter your email and password.

Glowply signs you in to your site

A short loading screen appears while Glowply creates a secure one-time sign-in link for your website.

You land in your dashboard

Your site dashboard opens, already signed in. There’s no second password to enter.
Bookmark your dashboard once you’re in. You’ll only need to go back to glowply.com when you have to sign in again.

Your Glowply lifecycle

Here’s the journey from the moment you sign up to a working website and store.

Sign up

Create your account at glowply.com. You choose your site address (the part before .myglowply.com) and enter your name, email, phone, and a password.

Verify your phone

Glowply sends a 6-digit code to your phone — on WhatsApp first, with SMS as a fallback. Enter the code to confirm it’s really you. See account verification for details.

Your site is built automatically

As soon as your phone is verified, Glowply builds your website and store for you at yourname.myglowply.com, with secure HTTPS already switched on. This takes only a moment — there’s nothing to set up yourself.

A free trial starts

Your subscription begins as a free trial, so your site is live right away and nothing is charged up front.

Build your site

You land in your site dashboard. Add your pages with the Builder and your products in the Store.

How billing works, in short

Glowply runs on a prepaid balance. Credit is added to your account, and your monthly subscription renews itself from that balance — there’s no card charged at renewal time.
  • Every new account begins with a free trial, so nothing is charged up front.
  • Before the trial ends, your balance needs enough credit to cover the first renewal.
  • After that, each renewal is taken from the balance automatically. Keep enough credit and your site simply stays online.
If your balance is too low when a renewal is due, your subscription becomes past due and your site can be paused until it’s topped up.
Billing is moving. It’s being built into your site dashboard, under Settings → Subscription & Billing. That screen isn’t connected yet — until it is, contact support to add credit, settle a renewal, or ask for an invoice.
