New to Glowply or stuck on a quick question? Start here. These are the questions people ask most often, with short, plain answers. If you need step-by-step help, follow the links into the full guides — and if you can’t find what you need, contact support.
Glowply has two areas: your account portal (لوحة حسابك) for billing and account settings, and your site dashboard for building pages and running your store. Many answers below point you to one or the other, so you always know where to go.

Getting started

Glowply is a “website and online store as a service” built for small businesses and online sellers. You sign up, verify your phone, and Glowply automatically builds you a hosted website with a built-in store — including the address, secure HTTPS, and the store itself. You then manage everything from a simple dashboard, with no servers or technical setup to worry about. For the full picture, see How Glowply works.
No. Glowply is made for people who have never built a website. Your site is created for you automatically, hosting and security are handled in the background, and you edit your pages visually in the Builder — no code required. If you can fill in a form and click around a dashboard, you can run your Glowply site.
Go to glowply.com, choose Start now, and fill in your site address, name, email, phone, and a password. You’ll then verify your phone with a 6-digit code (sent on WhatsApp first, with an SMS fallback). After that, Glowply builds your site automatically and drops you into your account portal.See Quickstart and Account verification for the details.
Your site lives at <name>.myglowply.com, where <name> is the site address you chose when you signed up — for example, cairo-flowers.myglowply.com. The address must use lowercase English letters, numbers, and hyphens only, and it can’t start or end with a hyphen. You get one site per account.
Yes. You always keep your <name>.myglowply.com address, and a custom domain (like www.yourbrand.com) can be mapped to your site on request. Custom domains aren’t self-serve — contact support and we’ll set it up for you. See Site management for more.

Billing & your Wallet

Billing runs on a prepaid Wallet. You add credit to your Wallet, and your monthly Subscription renews itself automatically from that balance — there’s no card charged at renewal time. When you sign up, a free trial starts automatically. After the trial, and at the end of every period after that, the renewal amount is taken from your Wallet. As long as your balance covers it, your site keeps running.See Wallet & top-ups and Renewals & past due.
You top up your Wallet through a secure payment page provided by Kashier. You can pay by card or by wallet. Card payments are protected with 3-D Secure, and you can optionally save your card for next time. All amounts are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). See Payments for how the payment window works.
A card is only used when you choose to top up. Renewals are always taken from your Wallet balance, never from a card automatically.
Glowply is a single monthly plan, billed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Top-ups come in 1, 3, 6, and 12-month bundles — the 6-month bundle is marked Best and the 12-month bundle is the best value. Prices aren’t listed here because they can change; for current pricing, see glowply.com, and check the needed for renewal figure in your Wallet for your exact renewal amount.
If a renewal comes due and your Wallet doesn’t have enough credit, your subscription becomes past due and your site may be paused until you add credit. Glowply keeps retrying the renewal periodically — you don’t have to trigger anything. As soon as your Wallet has enough credit, the next retry succeeds, your status returns to active, and your site comes back.
While your subscription is past due, your site can be temporarily paused and visitors may not be able to reach it. Top up early to avoid any interruption.
Full details are in Renewals & past due.
Yes. A free trial subscription starts automatically the moment your site is created — there’s nothing separate to buy. Nothing is charged during the trial. Just make sure your Wallet is topped up before the trial ends so your first renewal goes through smoothly.

Account & subscription

Cancelling isn’t done from the portal. Contact support and we’ll take care of it for you. If you simply stop topping up, an unpaid renewal will leave your subscription past due rather than renewing — but to formally cancel or change your plan, please reach out to support.
Glowply offers a single monthly plan, so there’s no in-portal upgrade, downgrade, or plan switch. If your needs change, contact support and we’ll help.
Your email is shown in your Account settings but is read-only there. To change the email on your account, contact support and we’ll update it for you. You can edit your first name, last name, and phone number yourself — see Account settings.
Use the change-password option in your Account settings (or Forgot password? on the login page). Glowply sends a reset link to your email — open it and set a new password. See Account settings and Logging in.

Hosting, security & sign-up rules

Yes. Hosting is included, and your site is secured automatically with HTTPS (an SSL certificate). There’s nothing to buy, install, or configure — it’s all handled for you in the background. See Site management.
Sign-up supports Egyptian phone numbers. Your verification code is sent on WhatsApp first, with an SMS fallback. Each phone number can be used for one trial sign-up, and your phone and email must be unique to your account. See Account verification.
Each account includes one <name>.myglowply.com site. If you need an additional site, contact support and we’ll advise on the best option for you.

Getting help

There are three easy ways to reach us:
  • Live chat — click the chat bubble (or Help) on any page.
  • WhatsApp — message our support number.
  • Email — write to support@myglowply.com.
Use support in particular to cancel or change your subscription, change your email, or request a custom domain. See Contact support.
Start with Troubleshooting for the most common fixes. If your site is offline, check your Wallet balance and Subscription status first — a past-due renewal can pause your site until you top up. If you’re still stuck, contact support with your site address and we’ll help.
