Your Glowply account is the email and password you sign in with at glowply.com. It’s separate from the content of your website: your account identifies you, while your site dashboard is where your pages, products, and settings live.
What changed. These details used to be editable in the Account tab of the account portal. That portal has been retired, so name, email, and phone changes now go through support. Password resets still work the same way, from the login page.

Your details

Email has always been fixed to keep your account identity stable across Glowply and your site. Name and phone are handled by support for now, until account settings return to your dashboard.

Change your password

You reset your password from the Glowply login page — Glowply emails you a secure reset link.
1

Go to the login page

Open glowply.com and choose Login to your account (تسجيل الدخول).
2

Choose “Forgot password?”

Select Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
3

Enter your email

Type the email address on your account and submit the form.
4

Check your email

Glowply sends a reset link to that address. Open it and follow the link.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
5

Set a new password

Choose a new password (at least 8 characters), then sign in with it.
The reset email goes to your account’s email address. If you no longer have access to that inbox, contact support before requesting a reset — your email needs to be updated first.

Signing out

Use the logout option in your site dashboard to end your session. You’ll be returned to the Glowply sign-in page and can log in again any time.

Frequently asked questions

Those fields lived in the account portal, which has been retired. Until account settings return to your site dashboard, contact support and the team will update them for you.
Your email is tied to your account identity. Changing it through support keeps everything connected — your sign-in, your notices, and your site — so nothing gets out of sync.
You only need one. You sign in at glowply.com with your Glowply password, and Glowply signs you in to your site automatically — there’s no second password to remember.
Give it a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you’re checking the inbox for your account’s email address. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support.
No. Your name is a personal detail on your account. Your site address (yourname.myglowply.com) is separate and stays the same. See Site management.
Your Glowply account belongs to one account holder. You can add users to your website itself from the Users section of your site dashboard — that controls access to your site, not to your Glowply billing. For help, contact support.
