Signing in to Glowply signs you in to your own website. You enter your email and password at glowply.com, and Glowply takes you straight to your site dashboard — the place where you build pages, run your store, and manage your settings. There’s no second password to enter and no separate portal to pass through.
What changed. Glowply used to sign you in to an account portal at /my-account/, and you opened your site from there. That extra step is gone. Signing in now lands you directly in your site dashboard. Old /my-account/ bookmarks still work — they simply forward you to your site.

Where to log in

1

Open glowply.com

Go to glowply.com in any browser, on your phone or computer.
2

Choose “Login to your account”

Select Login to your account (تسجيل الدخول). This opens your branded Glowply login page.

Sign in with your email and password

1

Enter your email

Type the email address you used when you created your site.
2

Enter your password

Type the password you set during sign-up.
3

Keep me signed in (optional)

Turn on Keep me signed in so you don’t have to log in again every time on this device. Leave it off if you’re on a shared or public computer.
4

Select the login button.
Use the same email you signed up with. Your email can’t be changed by you — if you need a different one, contact support.

What happens next

After you log in, you’ll see a short loading screen that says “Signing you in to your site.” Glowply is creating a secure one-time sign-in link for your website in the background. It usually takes a moment, then your site dashboard opens.
1

A loading screen appears

You’ll see the Glowply logo and a spinner. Nothing is required from you — just wait.
2

Your site dashboard opens

You land in your own website’s dashboard, already signed in.
Once you’re in your dashboard, bookmark it. Next time you can open your site directly, and only come back to glowply.com when you need to sign in again.

Forgot your password?

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from the login page — Glowply emails you a secure reset link.
1

Choose the forgot-password link

On the login page, select Forgot password?.
2

Enter your email

Type the email address on your account, then submit the form.
3

Check your inbox

Glowply sends a password-reset link to that email. Open the email and select the link.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
4

Set a new password

Choose a new password (at least 8 characters), then log in with it.
Pick a password that’s at least 8 characters and easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.

Signing out

To sign out of Glowply, use the logout option in your site dashboard. You’ll be returned to the Glowply sign-in page and can log in again any time.

Still can’t get in?

Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces. If you’re still locked out, use Forgot password? to set a new one.
Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you entered the same email you used at sign-up. Reset emails can take a few minutes to arrive. If it still doesn’t come through, contact support.
Try the email address you check most often. If you’re not sure, contact support and the team can help you find your account.
This means your account doesn’t have a website attached to it — usually because sign-up wasn’t finished. Select Start now on that screen to create your site, or follow Create your site. If you believe your site already exists, contact support.
This is usually temporary. Select Try again on that screen. If it keeps failing, wait a few minutes and try once more — and if it still won’t go through, contact support with your site address.
Refresh the page to start a fresh sign-in. Each sign-in link can only be used once, so refreshing is the right fix rather than waiting. If it still doesn’t complete, contact support.
You need to sign up first. Follow Create your site to register and verify your phone, then come back here to log in.
