Which area am I in? Your customers live in your site dashboard (لوحة تحكم موقعك) — the same place you manage products and orders. Your own Subscription, Wallet, and account details are separate, in your account portal. This page is about the people who shop with you, not your Glowply billing.

The customer list
Open Store → Customers to see everyone who has bought from you, in one list. Each row gives you a quick summary of a single customer:Your customer list grows automatically. Every time someone checks out, their details are recorded here — you don’t add customers by hand. New buyers appear after their first order is placed.

View a customer’s details and orders
Open a customer to see everything you know about them in one place:- Contact details — their name, email, and the addresses used on their orders.
- Order history — the orders they’ve placed, with the date, total, and status of each.
- Total spend — how much they’ve paid you overall, a quick measure of how valuable the customer is.
A customer’s email is how the order — and any confirmation or update — reaches them. If an email looks wrong, check it against the order before you contact the customer.
How customer accounts work on your Store
Customers don’t need to do anything special to appear here — they show up as a natural result of shopping with you.- Guest checkout. Most shoppers buy as a guest: they enter their name, email, and address at checkout, pay, and you receive the order. Their details are still recorded under Customers so you have their history.
- Registered accounts. A customer may also create an account on your site. An account lets them sign in, check out faster next time, and view their own past orders — but it’s their choice, not a requirement to buy.
- One record per person. Orders that share the same email are tied to the same customer, so their order count and total spend add up over time.
Whether someone checks out as a guest or with an account, you manage everything the same way — from Store → Customers and Store → Orders. You never need to set up accounts for your shoppers; your Store handles that for you.
Respect your customers’ privacy
The details here — names, emails, and addresses — are personal information your customers trusted you with.Common questions
How does someone become a customer?
How does someone become a customer?
Anyone who completes a checkout on your Store becomes a customer. You don’t add them yourself — their details are recorded automatically from their order, whether they bought as a guest or created an account.
What's the difference between a customer and an order?
What's the difference between a customer and an order?
An order is a single purchase — one trip through checkout. A customer is the person behind it. One customer can have many orders, and their order count and total spent add up across all of them. See Orders.
Do customers have to create an account to buy?
Do customers have to create an account to buy?
No. Most shoppers check out as a guest without signing up. Creating an account is optional — it just lets a returning customer sign in, check out faster, and see their own past orders.
Can I see how much a customer has spent?
Can I see how much a customer has spent?
Yes. Each customer shows their total spent across all orders and how many orders they’ve placed, so you can quickly see who your best shoppers are.
A customer's email looks wrong — what should I do?
A customer's email looks wrong — what should I do?
Check the email on their order first. The email address is how confirmations and updates reach the customer, so it’s worth confirming before you reach out. You can contact the customer using the details on the order.
