Your Store (المتجر) is a complete online shop built into your site. It has a shopping cart and a secure checkout, so customers can browse your products, add them to a cart, and pay — all on your own <name>.myglowply.com address. You manage everything from one place in your site dashboard, under Store.
Which area am I in? The Store lives in your site dashboard (لوحة تحكم موقعك) — the same place you build your pages. Your billing, Subscription, and Wallet are separate, in your account portal. This page is about running your shop, not paying for Glowply.

Open your Store

Your Store is part of your site dashboard, so you reach it the same way you reach everything else on your site.
1

Open your site dashboard

Sign in to Glowply, open your account portal, and click Glowply dashboard on your site card. Your dashboard opens in a new browser tab.
2

Go to Store

In the side menu, open Store (المتجر). Its sections appear so you can jump straight to products, orders, and the rest.
3

Pick what you want to manage

Choose a section — for example Products to add an item, or Orders to handle a new sale.
Setting up for the first time? Your dashboard home has a short setup checklist that walks you through getting your store ready to sell. See Site dashboard overview.

What’s in your Store

The Store groups everything you need to sell into clear sections. Here’s what each one is for, in the order you’ll typically use them.
Categories and Tags do similar jobs in different ways. Use a few broad categories for your main sections, and tags for cross-cutting keywords. You’ll find both, side by side, in Categories & tags.

The everyday seller flow

Running your shop follows a simple, repeating cycle. Once your products are up, most of your day-to-day work is steps 2 and 3.
1

Add your products

Create your products with clear photos, prices, and descriptions, and set how much stock you have. Organize them with categories and tags so they’re easy to find. See Products.
2

Receive orders

When a customer checks out, a new order appears in your Store, and the customer is recorded under Customers. New orders also show on your dashboard home so you can act quickly. See Orders.
3

Fulfill each order

Open the order, prepare the items, and update its status as you go — for example marking it processing and then completed once it’s on its way. See Orders.
4

Analyze and grow

Check Store analytics to see what’s selling, then run a promotion with a coupon or encourage reviews to bring more sales. See Store analytics.
You don’t have to finish everything at once. Add a few products to start selling, then come back to refine descriptions, add categories, and set up coupons as your store grows.

How customers shop

Your visitors don’t see any of the dashboard. On your live site, they browse your products, add what they want to the cart, and complete a secure checkout to pay. Payments are handled for you — customers see a payment page where they can pay by card or wallet, and the money flows through Glowply’s payment partner. You simply receive the order.
Your store is online and secure from day one. Your <name>.myglowply.com address uses HTTPS automatically — there’s nothing to set up.

Common questions

No. Glowply handles payments for you, so customers can check out and pay by card or wallet right away. You receive each order in your Store — there’s no payment gateway for you to configure.
A product is a single item you sell, like one dress. A category is a group that holds many products, like “Dresses”. You add products, then place them in categories so customers can browse by type. See Products and Categories & tags.
Your dashboard home shows live highlights — recent orders, best sellers, and key totals. For full reports over time, open Store analytics in the Marketing section. See Store analytics.
Messages sent through a form on your site — such as a contact form — collect under Form submissions in your Store. See Form submissions.
