# Store overview

> Your Store is a complete online shop with a cart and checkout. Get oriented with its parts — products, orders, customers, and more — and the everyday seller flow from adding products to fulfilling orders.

Your **Store (المتجر)** is a complete online shop built into your site. It has a shopping cart and a secure checkout, so customers can browse your products, add them to a cart, and pay — all on your own `<name>.myglowply.com` address. You manage everything from one place in your **site dashboard**, under **Store**.

<Info>
  **Which area am I in?** The **Store** lives in your **site dashboard (لوحة تحكم موقعك)** — the same place you build your pages. Your billing, **Subscription**, and **Wallet** are separate, in your **account portal**. This page is about running your shop, not paying for Glowply.
</Info>

## Open your Store

Your Store is part of your site dashboard, so you reach it the same way you reach everything else on your site.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your site dashboard">
    Sign in to Glowply, open your **account portal**, and click **Glowply dashboard** on your site card. Your dashboard opens in a new browser tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Store">
    In the side menu, open **Store (المتجر)**. Its sections appear so you can jump straight to products, orders, and the rest.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick what you want to manage">
    Choose a section — for example **Products** to add an item, or **Orders** to handle a new sale.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Setting up for the first time? Your dashboard home has a short setup checklist that walks you through getting your store ready to sell. See [Site dashboard overview](/en/site/dashboard-overview).
</Tip>

## What's in your Store

The Store groups everything you need to sell into clear sections. Here's what each one is for, in the order you'll typically use them.

| Section                                | What it's for                                                                                                         |
| -------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Products (المنتجات)** | The items you sell. Add a product, set its price, photos, description, and stock, and choose its categories and tags. |
| **Categories (التصنيفات)** | Groups that organize your products, such as "Dresses" or "Accessories", so customers can browse by type. |
| **Tags (الوسوم)** | Free-form keywords that connect related products, such as "summer" or "sale", in addition to categories. |
| **Attributes (الخصائص)** | Product options like size or color. Use them to create variations a customer chooses at checkout. |
| **Orders (الطلبات)** | Every purchase customers make. Open an order to see what was bought and move it through fulfillment. |
| **Customers (العملاء)** | The people who buy from you, with their details and order history. |
| **Reviews (المراجعات)** | Ratings and feedback customers leave on your products. Approve, reply to, and manage them. |
| **Coupons (القسائم)** | Discount codes you create to run promotions and reward shoppers. |
| **Form submissions (إرسالات النماذج)** | Messages sent through forms on your site, such as a contact or enquiry form. |
| **Store analytics (تحليلات المتجر)** | Your sales reports — revenue, orders, and best sellers over time. (Part of the **Marketing** section.) |

<Note>
  **Categories** and **Tags** do similar jobs in different ways. Use a few broad **categories** for your main sections, and **tags** for cross-cutting keywords. You'll find both, side by side, in [Categories & tags](/en/store/categories-tags).
</Note>

## The everyday seller flow

Running your shop follows a simple, repeating cycle. Once your products are up, most of your day-to-day work is steps 2 and 3.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add your products">
    Create your products with clear photos, prices, and descriptions, and set how much stock you have. Organize them with **categories** and **tags** so they're easy to find. See [Products](/en/store/products).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive orders">
    When a customer checks out, a new **order** appears in your Store, and the customer is recorded under **Customers**. New orders also show on your dashboard home so you can act quickly. See [Orders](/en/store/orders).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fulfill each order">
    Open the order, prepare the items, and update its status as you go — for example marking it processing and then completed once it's on its way. See [Orders](/en/store/orders).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Analyze and grow">
    Check **Store analytics** to see what's selling, then run a promotion with a **coupon** or encourage **reviews** to bring more sales. See [Store analytics](/en/store/store-analytics).
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  You don't have to finish everything at once. Add a few products to start selling, then come back to refine descriptions, add categories, and set up coupons as your store grows.
</Tip>

## How customers shop

Your visitors don't see any of the dashboard. On your live site, they browse your products, add what they want to the **cart**, and complete a secure **checkout** to pay. Payments are handled for you — customers see a payment page where they can pay by card or wallet, and the money flows through Glowply's payment partner. You simply receive the order.

<Note>
  Your store is online and secure from day one. Your `<name>.myglowply.com` address uses HTTPS automatically — there's nothing to set up.
</Note>

## Common questions

  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where do I see how my store is doing?">
