# Logging in

> Sign in to your Glowply account with your email and password, stay signed in, and reset a forgotten password — all from your branded login page.

Once your site is created, you sign in to manage it from your **account portal**. Logging in takes just your email and password. You don't need any technical knowledge, and you'll never be dropped into a complicated admin screen — Glowply takes you straight to your simple account portal.

## Where to log in

    Go to [glowply.com](https://glowply.com) in any browser, on your phone or computer.

  <Step title="Choose “Login to your account”">
    Select **Login to your account (تسجيل الدخول)**. This opens your branded Glowply login page.

  Save the login page as a bookmark so you can come back to your account portal in one tap next time.

## Sign in with your email and password

<Steps>

    Type the email address you used when you created your site.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your password">
    Type the password you set during sign-up.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Keep me signed in (optional)">
    Turn on **keep me signed in** so you don't have to log in again every time on this device. Leave it off if you're on a shared or public computer.

    Select the login button. Glowply takes you to your **account portal**.

  Use the same email you signed up with. Your email can't be changed from inside the portal — if you need a different one, [contact support](/en/contact-support).

## Where you land after logging in

After you log in, you arrive in your **account portal** — your home for billing and account management. From here you can:

  The account portal is the simple, customer-friendly area — not a technical admin panel. To work on your actual site (pages, products, the Builder), you open your **site dashboard** from the portal with the **Glowply dashboard** button.

## Forgot your password?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it from the login page — Glowply emails you a secure reset link.

    On the login page, select the **forgot password** link.

  <Step title="Enter your email">
    Type the email address on your account, then submit the form.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check your inbox">
    Glowply sends a password-reset link to that email. Open the email and select the link.

    <Note>If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.</Note>

  <Step title="Set a new password">
    Choose a new password (at least 8 characters), then log in with it.

  Pick a password that's at least 8 characters and easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.

## Still can't get in?

    Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces. If you're still locked out, use the **forgot password** link to set a new one.

  <Accordion title="I didn't receive the reset email">
    Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you entered the same email you used at sign-up. Reset emails can take a few minutes to arrive. If it still doesn't come through, [contact support](/en/contact-support).

    Try the email address you check most often. If you're not sure, [contact support](/en/contact-support) and the team can help you find your account.

    You need to sign up first. Follow [Create your site](/en/quickstart) to register and verify your phone, then come back here to log in.
